Promotion Rules/Disclaimers
- This is a free-to-enter competition. This means that you do not have to pay any money to enter. By providing your name and email address using the entry form, you’re accepting the privacy policy and consenting to FreshKit.co.uk adding you to their email database, allowing them to send you automated electronic messages in the future.
- You may revoke permission at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the base of any email sent from their automated systems, to prevent future mailings.
- Competition is open to anyone over 18 with an Amazon account in the UK.
- Voucher will be issued to the email of the competition winner, for the amount of £10 (GBP). There is no alternative prize or value.
- Competition close dates are published on this line, and winners will be notified via email no later than 3 days after the competition closing date.
- One entry per person. Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of the applicable prize within 14 days of having been notified.
- FreshKit.co.uk’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Participants must not take part in anything illegal, dangerous, or hazardous to themselves or others.
- The Promoter is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury incurred as a result of participants’ participation in the Promotion or their acceptance and/or use of the prize, or for technical, hardware, or software failures, lost, faulty, or inaccessible network connections that may impede or prevent participation in the Promotion.
