Competition rules and disclaimers
- This is a free-to-enter competition. This means that you do not have to pay any money to enter. By providing your name and email address using the entry form, you are accepting the privacy policy and consenting to Fresh Kit adding you to their email newsletter database, allowing them to send you automated electronic messages in future.
- You may revoke permission at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the base of any email sent from their automated systems, to prevent future mailings.
- Competition is open to anyone over 18 that is UK Resident.
- Voucher will be issued to the email of the competition winner, for the price of £10, which may represent a lower or higher value in your currency if overseas. There is no alternative prize or value
- Competition closes 23:59 on February 3rd 2023 and winners will be notified via email no later than 5 days after competition closing date.
- One entry per person. Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of the applicable prize within 14 days of having been notified.
- Fresh Kit’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Participants must not take part in anything illegal, dangerous, or hazardous to themselves or others.
- The Promoter is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury incurred as a result of participants’ participation in the Promotion or their acceptance and/or use of the prize, or for technical, hardware, or software failures, lost, faulty, or inaccessible network connections that may impede or prevent participation in the Promotion.
